After accepting the proposal, you will officially added in as a client a receive a link to your contract and client portal. You will have a little bit of homework before moving onto the next step.

Squeeze Out The Details

During this stage, we will set up a one hour kick off call. This call will allow me to squeeze out specific details of your unique story to build your brand’s foundation. I will take what I gathered to start crafting a concept that resonates with your audience.

I will present you with a concept for your brand, that you will be able to give feedback back on. We will refine the design until it is the perfect blend.

The short answer is no. Ideally I want to start from scratch to make sure whatever I create for your business is intentional and aligns with your companies values and target audience.
Absolutely! However, I do offer a better deal when you bundle both services. I do understand that investing in both your branding and your website at the same time may not be possible, so if you wanted to book your brand project first and come back when you are ready for the website you can!

They cover everything from your logo and color palette to the fonts and tone of voice you use. It’s like having a roadmap to make sure every piece of your brand—from your website to social media posts—feels cohesive and true to who you are.
Why are they so important? Because consistency builds recognition and trust. When your audience sees a familiar look and feel across everything you create, they feel more connected to you. Brand guidelines make sure every interaction your customers have with your business feels like you, no matter where they find you.
When your project is completed, all your final files will be sent to you via google drive. You will receive a link to your drive folder which will contain a ZIP file for you to download to gain access to all your finalized project files. You will also receive a link to your online logo portal.
